AMSC now expects revenues of $19m to $20m for the quarter ending March 31, up from a previous forecast of $18m.

The Massachusetts-based company also said it expects to achieve a positive net cash flow on an quarterly basis by the end of the 2014 financial year.

That would require annual revenues in the range of $180m to $190m, AMSC said.

AMSC has spent the last few years restoring stability amid the fall-out of a dispute over intellectual property with Chinese wind turbine giant Sinovel – formerly its biggest customer.
