Ampere bought the projects from Dutch developer DunoAir, which will retain the remaining 10% share and continue to provide commercial and technical management of the onshore wind farms.
All four developments are operational and use wind turbines from manufacturer Enercon, which has an exclusive contract with DunoAir.
The deal includes an option to buy a fifth project with a 12.6MW capacity.
Ampere, which is run by Triodos Bank of the Netherlands, has €320m ($432m) of renewable investments under management in various European countries.
