An Infigen statement said five ofits US wind project companies have settled all outstanding legal disputes with Gamesa.
As part of the settlement, the projectshave signed 15-year warranty and maintenance agreements (WMAs) with the turbinesupplier.
The legaldispute centred around liabilityfor site repairs, and the replacement of all 75 turbine blades, at the 50MW Kumeyaay wind farm in California following astorm and utility power outage in December 2009.
