The case centres on claims by Spanish tower specialist Inneo Torres over the use of its intellectual property (IP) by Acciona Windpower, the turbine OEM subsidiary of Acciona.
No charges have been brought, but Bloomberg reports that Spain’s National Court has ruled that the case can move to the stage of hearing witnesses, potentially including Acciona Windpower CEO Jose Luis Blanco.
