Acciona will supply 30, 1.5MW turbines for the 45MW project, which is scheduled for early 2011 commercial operation. Sixty-eight landowners have signed lease agreements to facilitate the project.
The company has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with local utility New Brunswick Power. Construction is due to begin in August.
