The power technology giant will deliver advanced converter transformers, tap changers, HVDC converter valves, DC circuit breakers, wall bushings and capacitors for the Changji-Guquan line linking the Xinjiang region in the northwest to Anhui province in the east.
The line will be able to transport 12GW of electricity over 3,000km at 1,100kV, setting records for transmission capacity, distance and voltage level.
