The transaction includes 23 wind farms in four European countries, half of them (348MW) operational in Spain, 191MW in Portugal, 71MW in Belgium and 54MW in France.
EDPR says the sale is part of a strategy of asset rotation that it has been implementing in recent years, allowing the group to realise the value of future cash flows of its projects and to reinvest in development activities.
