The new company, 8.2 Aarufield, will have access to a network of 130 financial, electrical, mechanical engineers, operating from 28 offices globally.
“We have come together to build on each other’s success to grow the business in the UK," states 8.2 Aarufield chairman Julian Brown, who is also elected chair of industry body RenewableUK.
"8.2 Group boasts 20 years of operation and solid expansion, having evolved from onshore turbine specialists, to experts in offshore and now also solar and biomass plants."
