Brazilian renewable energy company Renova Energia has decided not to accept an offer to buy 737MW of its wind power assets from the local unit of US energy giant AES.
The decision was taken by Renova’s board and announced this week in a statement that also said the company could reappraise a different offer, indicating that negotiations could still be going on.
