Colombia’s environmental authority (ANLA) has issued an environmental license for the construction of a 200-250MW wind power project in La Guajira province at the Carribbean coast ahead of a tender scheduled for early 2019.
Known as the Alpha project, it was proposed by European group Renovatio through its special purpose company Vientos del Norte. The company had filed for a license in February.
