After steadying itself from the initial shock of Donald Trump’s election as president, an anxious US wind industry looks to find common ground with someone whose intentions and political direction are seen as a mystery.
That task could provide difficult, not least because of Trump’s criticism of wind turbines for what he said is their ugly aesthetics, while also falsely asserting they kill “more than one million birds a year.”
