Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will lead that process. LADWP will now convene a collaborative working group of experts to identify the investments and priorities that would be needed in order to achieve that target.
The motion requires LADWP to deliver a timeline for the study within 90 days. The collaborative will then focus on identifying obstacles that could prevent a full transition to clean energy and how to overcome them.
