When prices are higher in the Netherlands, traffic is southbound. When prices are higher in Norway, Dutch-produced power is sent north. In the first six months, the Netherlands imported 2.7 terrawatt hours (TWh) of electricity, while the Norwegians imported only 0.2TWh.
