The trio's new Scottish operation, called Nautimus, will provide “technology-neutral” engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for wave and tidal-power project developers.
Its first client is likely to be Aegir, the development company set up by Vattenfall and Pelamis Wave Power to build a 10MW array off Shetland starting in 2016.
Nautimus is expected to work alongside Vattenfall and Pelamis during the upcoming testing programme
