HOUSTON: Avista and the Coeur d'Alene tribe northern Idaho will support the issuing of a single 50-year federal licence for the projects, which include the Post Falls Dam in Idaho and four dams in Spokane County in neighbouring Washington state. The accord calls for the maintenance of existing water levels on Idaho's Lake Coeur d'Alene, which is the source of the Spokane River.
