Chief Executive Jason Bak says the planned transaction completes Finavera’s transition to a pure wind energy company. It is developing projects in Canada and Ireland.
He did not name the buyer of Finavera Renewables Ocean Energy (FVROE) or provide financial details of the planned transaction.
A spokesman tells Recharge that Finavera plans to release more information about the deal within 60 days.
