The Orkney-based organisation’s new wave and tidal guidelines, which cover topics ranging from current measurement standards to device designs, deployment and decommissioning, are to be launched on 29 April before the BWEA Wave & Tidal event in Bath, England.
“It’s been a huge task, with the guidelines and draft standards written by experts in their particular field,” says Emec technical director John Griffiths.
