'Argentina looks encouraging – now banks need to get back up to speed'

Over the next two years Argentina’s wind and solar capacity will surge from almost nothing to 2.5GW and 1.7GW respectively, fuelled by its RenovAr renewables programme. Developing those projects will require over $5bn in investment.
