Darwin-based Powercorp, which employs about 30 people, was founded in the late 1980s to help automate the myriad diesel-generator power stations peppered across Australia’s remote Northern Territory.
During the 1990s it began working to integrate renewables into power grids, initially focusing on wind-diesel hybrid systems before expanding its horizons to solar energy.
Renewables
