Under the terms of the deal, Yingli Green Energy Europe — a wholly owned subsidiary of the troubled PV group — will exclusively provide the solar panels to the unidentified company through the middle of 2019.
About 50MW of the projects are already in advanced development, with construction expected to start in 2017, according to an online statement.
The remaining 150MW of capacity is in the preliminary stages of development.
