Yingli replaces executive board director

The company did not disclose the reason for the change.

Chief financial officer Yiyu Wang will replace Li — Yingli’s chief strategy officer and former chief financial officer — as executive board director.

In late November, Yingli Solar lowered its full-year panel shipment guidance to 3.3GW to 3.35GW, from the 3.6GW-3.8GW forecast it issued in August.
