The Chinese company's 60-cell Honey Plus module, under testing at the State Key Laboratory of PV Science and Technology, reached an output of 324.5W.
"We have set several new world records for PV cells and modules on large-area substrates in 2014 which have delivered improvements to the efficiency, reliability and cost of crystalline silicon photovoltaic devices," states Trina Solar vice president Zhiqiang Feng.
