The projects – William Rutley, Liskeard 3 and Liskeard 4, all of them located in Ontario – are collectively valued at C$180m ($161m).
In 2011 Canadian Solar agreed to sell a number of PV projects slated for completion over the coming years to TransCanada, which is owner of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline project in the US, along with many other oil and gas pipelines and power plants.
