Taiwanese exports rose 20% on the year in 2014, mainly because of a jump in demand and improving conversion efficiency rates, according to Taipei-based research outfit EnergyTrend.
“This growth was in spite of being under the anti-dumping and countervailing investigation by the United States International Trade Commission,” it said.
The three leading suppliers accounted for 53% of the Taiwanese industry’s total shipments, led by Neo Solar Power (NSP).
