Suzlon said the acquisitions – Gale Solarfarms, Tornado Solarfarms, Abha Solarfarms, Aalok Solarfarms and Shreyas Solarfarms – currently have no assets, and will be used as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to implement 70MW of projects it recently won in the state of Maharashtra, as well as “various renewable energy projects across the country”.
Terms of the deals were not specified in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
