San Francisco-based Sunrun is quietly working with banks including Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, according to the Wall Street Journal. Details of the IPO have not been made public.
The report comes the same week that Sunrun named a new chief financial officer, Silicon Valley veteran Bob Komin.
