The mounting systems will be used to install photovoltaic (PV) panels on rooftops within SCE's territory by mid-2011.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Nearly 14m people are served by SCE, which is an Edison International subsidiary.
The contract represents part of SCE’s plan to build 250MW of owner-installed and operated PV systems over the next five years.
California has required its utilities to get 20% of their electricity from renewable sources by the end of this year.
SunLink chief executive Christopher Tilley says: “SCE’s selection of SunLink is yet another validation of our effort to provide a roof friendly PV mounting system that can be deployed cost-effectively at large scale."
