Sungage launched its first solar loans programme last year, and this February it announced a $5m deal with Mosaic to connect crowdsourced solar loans with homeowners.
But the $100m commitment from the Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) – a federally chartered credit union able to make loans across the US – elevates Sungage to a new stratum within the US residential solar sector.
