Infigen – Australia’s biggest developer of wind farms – has received planning approval to build a 1MW solar plant and linked energy-storage system in New South Wales.
The first stage of the Capital East Solar Farm will comprise a 200kW PV array plus storage. It will be the first such plant registered to operate as part of Australia’s National Electricity Market (NEM).
