SolarWorld shipped 270MW of modules and kits in the July-September period, up from 180MW in the same quarter in 2013.
The US was its biggest single market in the quarter, accounting for 42% of shipments, up from 22% a year ago.
The German group said it also saw growth in European export markets and Japan in the first nine months, as well as “light” growth in Germany itself, bucking a negative trend in the domestic solar market.
