SolarOne on Tuesday reported a second 50MW order from Baotou Shansheng New Energy Co. for utility-scale projects in Inner Mongolia, just three weeks after the first such order.
The full 100MW will be delivered between now and November to ground-mount projects in Hohhot and Baotou.
Those two orders alone represent a four-fold increase in the volume of modules SolarOne shipped within China compared to the entire first half of the year.
