Bookings during the first quarter were 150MW less than expected, which chief executive Lyndon Rive blamed on “multiple headwinds”.

In a conference call, Rive said first-quarter bookings were dragged down by a “spillover effect” from Nevada’s high-profile net energy metering battle, which the solar industry ultimately lost, and which spooked would-be customers in other states.
