Symbion Power will build a 10MW PV plant in Madagascar as part of an energy cooperation protocol signed with the government of President Hery Rajaonarimampianina. Symbion, based in Washington, DC, will partner with local investor Vision Madagascar. The facility will be located outside the capital Antananarivo in Mahajanga.
