Solar Frontier on Monday said it has completed its acquisition of a 280MW pipeline of US projects from Spain’s Gestamp Solar, first announced last month.
Meanwhile, talks are underway with “a select group of long-term investors” about the sale of some of the US projects as cross the finish line, Solar Frontier says.
The first project in the pipeline – a 15MW array in California – is already under construction, and a 20MW project will begin construction this quarter.
