OCI Solar Power and Clean Energy Collective are among five companies to have bid to build the first community solar project for CPS Energy, San Antonio's municipal utility. Speaking recently to Recharge, OCI Solar Power said it plans to diversify into distributed solar as it wraps up its 400MW utility-scale deal with CPS over the next two years.
