China’s JinkoSolar and DuPont will collaborate on efforts to improve the efficiency, durability and reliability of PV cells and modules. Under a new strategic collaboration agreement, DuPont will supply JinkoSolar with advanced materials, including its Solamet PV19x photovoltaic metallization pastes and Tedlar polyvinyl fluoride films. They did not reveal the terms of the deal.
Wuxi Suntech Power has opened a 500kW warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa, with plans to expand the facility to 1MW of storage space later this year.
