Green Mountain Power and groSolar have proposed construction of a 4.9MW PV facility in eastern Vermont that would be the electric utility’s largest solar farm. The location is south of a correctional facility, with use of the site requiring approval from the Town of Windsor. Plans call for summer 2016 construction.
Solar Power, Inc. has closed a private placement of up to $50m.
