The two companies might also provide O&M services for PV projects, according to The Nikkei newspaper. 

SB Energy — the renewables development subsidiary of SoftBank — will reportedly set up a joint venture valued at up to ¥200m ($1.7m) by December.

SB Energy is expected to take a majority stake in the new business, which will likely go into operation at some point in spring 2016, by initially servicing the 139MW of PV capacity the SoftBank unit already had in operation by April of this year.
