Smart Energy plans world's biggest floating PV project near Tokyo

Yingli Green Energy will supply 27,456 solar panels for the project, while Schneider Electric will provide inverters.

Ciel et Terre will install the PV modules on its proprietary Hydrelio floating platforms, a spokesperson for the French company’s Japanese subsidiary tells Recharge.
