The agreements are the latest in a string of blockbuster development deals that the Toronto-based PV developer has announced in recent months, following deals to build 200MW of solar in Djibouti, on top of plans to invest $1bn in 500MW of solar in Panama and $4.3bn in the development of up to 2GW in Bangladesh.
