According to a recently signed memorandum of understanding (MoU), they will also build PV factories in the country.
For the projects, SECI will handle permits and other bureaucratic matters, while REA will provide technology and financing.
They will set up a working group to jointly come up with a plan to develop the projects and build the production facilities, SECI said in a brief online statement, without revealing additional details.
