The IPO will comprise of 36,315,790 shares, consisting of 26,315,790 new shares and 10,000,000 existing ones, placing the company's valuation at NKr1.28bn.
Earlier this week it delayed the IPO and cut the indicative share price from an original range between NKr28 and NKr36.
Gross proceeds from the new shares issued amount to NKr500m, with the total offering over-allocated at NKr 794m.
Trading in Oslo is due to commence tomorrow.
