Seabrook Farms is a family-owned business based in the Garden State that grows and freezes vegetables.
The location will house approximately 27,000 panels, with each producing about 230 watts of electricity.
Once completed, the project will generate an estimated 6.1 megawatts (MW) of energy annually.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
