The report by SunEdison’s audit committee and independent directors makes uncomfortable reading for the company’s management, but points the finger of “wrongdoing” only at a single “former non-executive employee” who has since left the business.
The probe was launched along with a delay to SunEdison’s 2015 annual report after concerns were raised about the accuracy of disclosures of the company’s financial position.
