The €10m fully automated facility, located in Satu-Mare, will produce around 250,000 solar panels per year.
Renovatio said it chose the 3,000 square-metre site because of a “highly skilled local work force and the logistic facilities in the area.”
The factory comprises a storage and supply facility, a production area and a research and development facility. It took 18 months to build.
