Phoenix has spent the past few years in turnaround mode, after the bottom fell out of its business due to the global PV industry’s downturn earlier this decade and then the ongoing softness in the European market.
The company sold its O&M business to SMA Solar several years ago, and today focuses primarily on offering utility-scale EPC services for other solar investors.
