SolarEdge, which is based in Israel but does most of its business in the US, saw its revenue rise 72% year on year to a record $115.1m in the quarter ending 30 September – the first in the company’s 2016 fiscal year.
Net income surged 56% during the quarter to $14.4m, as SolarEdge won new customers, including NRG Home Solar, a top five player in the US residential PV market.
