L'Oreal to build Arkansas and Kentucky plant PV arrays

L’Oreal USA will install the largest commercial-scale PV facility at a plant in coal-laden Kentucky and another array at a factory in Arkansas, where solar has also been slow to gain traction against traditional energy sources.
