The industry employed 208,859 people last November, a 20.2% increase from the previous year and 123% higher than in 2010, according to the non-profit Solar Foundation’s State Solar Jobs Census 2015.

A breakdown of the 208,859 jobs shows 119,931, or 57%, involve installation, followed by 30,282 (14.5%)
