Claims that significant job cuts were looming surfaced on an internet blog run by someone claiming to be an LDK employee.
A post yesterday claimed the company – the world’s second-largest maker of solar wafers – will fire people “on a large scale”, with staff who have worked there for less than three years in line to be dismissed.
